Shipping Schedule

Using the time in transit map below, you can view the number of business days it will take for your package to arrive from Idaho to your location.  Here is a brief summary:

Remember Adverse Weather can affect delivery times and UPS will not guarantee delivery, so order early!

When can I expect my order to arrive on my doorstep?

If you are paying by credit card, you're order will usually be shipped within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise on the product page). You can expect your order 2-6 days after we have processed your order, depending on what shipping method you select when placing your order.

Overnight Delivery: Order will be shipped the next business day and then delivered the following business day (Saturday/Sunday excluded)

3 Day Select: Order will be shipped the next business day and then delivered 3 business days following (Saturday/Sunday excluded). For example. Ordered Monday, Shipped Tuesday, Travel Wednesday, Travel Thursday, Delivered Friday.

Ground: Order will be shipped the next business day and then delivered according to the Time In Transit Schedule (Saturday/Sunday excluded). Here is an estimate of the time it takes from Idaho to the 50 states.

Payment by Check or Money Order:  
If you have sent a Money Order or Cashier's Check, your order will be sent as soon as we receive your payment. If you are paying by personal check, you order will be sent as soon as your check clears your bank. This usually takes between 5 and 7 days. The fastest way to receive your order if not paying by credit card is to pay by Money Order, Cashier's Check, or wire (see details in 'How can I pay for my order'). Once your payment has cleared, you order should arrive within 2-4 days. International orders may take between up to 2 weeks, depending largely on the recipient's country's postal service.

Order Tracking

Please note, only certain shipments (i.e. greater than 2 pounds will be shipped UPS), if you would like to know how we shipped your order, check the status of your order on our home page by entering your Order Number and Password in the Check Order Status box.  You can also do so using the form below.

Please note, only certain shipments will be shipped US Postal Service.  We use UPS for all deliveries to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories.   We will email you with rate approval for items weighing over 1 pound.  If you would like to know how we shipped your order, please email us using our contact page and include your Invoice Number.  All orders shipped via USPS by we will have delivery confirmation numbers.  

 Your order will have a USPS Tracking number listed in your order summary when you check the status of you order   You can check the status of your order on our Home Page or by using the form below.

What Shipping Carriers does we use?

Our job is to deliver the product you order to your address. We do everything in our power to keep your costs low in doing so. We offer $5.95 Flat Rate shipping on most of our products, but some larger items have shipping calculated differently.  You can obtain a shipping quote from the Shopping Cart Summary after you place an item in your Shopping Cart.  We will ship in stock items the next business day!

The carrier's we use to do this vary, but typically we use UPS for all Ground packages. We use USPS for PO Boxes, APO, FPO, Alasks and Hawaii, and US Territory addresses, unless you specifically request otherwise. If you have a preference, please contact us and we will quote you a shipping price on your special request.

How do I check my Order Status?

You can check the real time status of your order anytime, day or night, by using the form on our Home Page. You will need your Order Number, and your Password, both of which you should have received once you 'Finalized' your order.  You can use the form below as well:

The following is an index to order Status Messages:

Status Message What it Means
On Order: Your order has been received, but not yet processed
Ready for Shipping Your payment has been processed, and your order will ship within 24 hours.
Shipped: Your order has been shipped, and you should receive it within the specified time of the shipping method you selected when ordering (i.e. Overnight or 3 Day Priority)
Back/Pre Ordered: The rare circumstance that your order is currently backordered, and will be shipped as soon as we receive more inventory.
Special Order:  Your order is a customized order, and we are awaiting your order from the manufacturer
Awaiting Payment: We are awaiting your payment before we process your order, if you indicated you would pay by check or money order, please send your payment here. If you are paying by credit card, there is likely a credit card error. Please review the comments field of your Order Status for more information.
Order Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.  It will not be processed and will be deleted within 30 days
